Bosccolo is an online store, available in the domain shop.bosccolo.pl, run by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Piaseczno, at Staszica 34, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court of the Capital City of Of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000115906, with NIP: 123-00-37-929, with which Clients can contact the following e-mail address biuro@bosccolo.pl

1. Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. conducts retail sales via electronic means via the Internet. Orders are accepted by websites available in the domain bosccolo.pl and shop.bosccolo.pl, by e-mail at biuro@bosccolo.pl and by phone at 22 750-66-05.
2. Customers have the option of using Bosccolo without registering or registering and thus creating an account in which data and customer information about their activities at Bosccolo are collected (hereinafter: "Account"). The provision of services under the Bosccolol Account is perpetual. The customer has the right to terminate the contract concluded with Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. regarding the Account, at any time by sending a declaration of termination of the contract. The above does not apply to situations in which Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. is in the process of completing the order placed by the Customer. In this case, the effect of termination of the contract will take place at the time of the order. The result of terminating the contract will be permanently removing the Account.
3. In order to register the creation of an Account at Bosccolo, complete the registration form by entering the following data: e-mail address and password. The e-mail address of the Customer placed in the registration form will be sent a message indicating the manner of confirmation of registration and other information required by law. At the moment of confirming the registration, an agreement is concluded regarding the keeping of the Account between the Client and Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., the subject of which are services provided by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., on the terms specified in the Regulations.
4. In the case of a legal person and an organizational unit without legal personality, all activities of this entity in Bosccolo may only be performed by a person who is authorized to perform on behalf of that entity all activities related to the use of Bosccolo and to exercise all rights and obligations of that entity. as a customer.
5. All products available at Bosccolo are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally placed on the Polish market.
6. All prices on the Bosccolo website are gross prices (including VAT). A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each product sold. The receipt or VAT invoice is delivered in paper form together with the parcel.
7. The ordered product is delivered with the participation of specialized postal operators (courier companies). In some cases, it is possible to collect personal products at the registered office of the Company. The customer bears the delivery costs which accrue at the time the order is placed before its final approval, the personal collection is free.

8. Agreement concluded between the Client and Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., regarding the purchase of a given product in Bosccolo is of a timely nature and lasts for the duration of the contract. The place of fulfillment of the provision related to the purchase of products at Bosccolo is the delivery address indicated by the Customer, subject to the products collected personally by the Customers, where the place of performance is the registered office of the Company.
9. In the situation when there are large differences in the time of implementation or the method of packaging and delivery of individual products that make up one order placed under Bosccolo, may Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., independently decide to divide the order into smaller shipments. In this case, the general delivery cost given to the Customer when ordering does not change, but only is divided into individual sub-items. If you cancel a part of the order, only the delivery costs that have been assigned to the undelivered or advertised part of the order are adjusted.
10. The customer is obliged to pay the price for the product ordered in Bosccolo, including delivery costs, no later than within 14 days from the date of the contract, subject to the condition that the payment takes place upon receipt. The following forms of payment are possible:
* On delivery - payment in cash at the cash register of the Company. In selected cases, Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., reserves the right to additional phone verification of such orders.
* By bank transfer - a form of payment for clients who prefer to log into an online bank or visit a bank branch. After placing an order, the customer receives via e-mail (e-mail) the bank account number to which the correct amount should be transferred. Once the payment has been credited to the bank account of Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., the order is forwarded for execution.
* Online transfer - electronic payment method supported by PayU S.A. - a national payment institution, based in Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000274399.
* By credit card (Visa, Mastercard) - each card payment transaction is safely authorized by PayU S.A. (which may take a while). Once the payment has been confirmed, the order is forwarded for execution.
11. The product delivery time is no more than 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The date of receiving the shipment is each time the order is completed plus the delivery time. Normally, the shipment is sent within 24 hours of receiving payment or determining the form of payment.
12. In the case of a personal collection with the option of picking up the ordered product, Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., informs by e-mail. The parcel must be picked up within 14 days of receiving information about the possibility of receiving the product.
13. Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o., is responsible for product defects based on applicable law. In the case of sales that are not consumer sales, the provisions on warranty contained in the Civil Code are excluded.
14. Claims under the warranty may be submitted in electronic form, using the "Complaint Form" form sent to the email address provided by the Customer, or in writing to the address of Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. given in the upper part of the Regulations at the expense of the recipient after prior determination of shipping costs.
15. The customer has the right to demand a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. immediately and without excessive inconvenience for the customer, replace the defective product with a fault-free one or remove the defect. This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. or Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. she did not replace the product with a product free from defects, nor did it remove the defect.
16. Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. recognizes a warranty claim within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form. If within 14 days Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. does not respond to the client's requests, it means that he considered the request justified. In each of the above cases, where the fulfillment of Customer's requests involves the delivery of a new or repaired product, the delivery costs will be borne by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o.
17. According to the applicable law, within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product, the consumer has the right to return it without giving reasons, with the proviso that non-refundable products and products from which, in accordance with applicable law, can not be waived. The withdrawal from the contract, including a model withdrawal form, which the Customer may use, as well as cases in which the right to withdraw from the contract is not provided for are specified in the instruction, constituting Annex No. 2 to the Regulations. The provisions of this art. apply accordingly to withdraw from the contract regarding the Account.
18. The information on the Bosccolo website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order using the mechanisms available on the Bosccolo.pl website, the customer submits an offer to buy a specific product on the terms specified in the product description.
19. Personal data provided by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. collects and processes in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy included in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations. The data set is registered in GIODO.
20. In matters not settled, Polish law is applicable.
25. Any disputes related to services provided by Actual Weavers Incorporation Sp. z o.o. under Bosccolo will be settled by common courts. The customer who is a consumer has the opportunity to use the out-of-court method of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection in Warsaw.
